Jacumã

Coqueirinho beach is, perhaps, one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Brazil. A bay, with approximately 700 meters long, combines calm and warm water beaches with open sea ideal for surfing. Here there is also a place with a lot of bars where the visitor can eat and drink, listening the sound of the sea and the sound of the wind passing through the palm trees. Tambaba – Naturism
A paradisiacal beach, surrounded by a green wood, it is one of the most important centers of nudism in Brazil. Around 1989, a group of friends, amazed with the beauty of the nature, decided to swim naked in the sea. This started to happen every weekend even against the complaint of some people who do not agree with this. Finally, in 1991, it was declared a naturist area. Today it is one of main naturist beaches of the country. If you would like to enjoy the nature, leave your prejudice at home and come to Tambaba! See the Map
It is situated by the side of Jacumã. Here, there is a great variety of inns and hotels, apart from a great variety of restaurants. Carapibus, however, does not lose the simple and calm characteristics of a small village. The beaches are of white sand and clear water. An excellent destination for you and your family. See the Map
An ample beach ideal for surfing. There is also a lagoon formed by the meeting of the river with the sea. A great choice to swim or go for a row (canoes can be rented here). Moreover, Praia Bela is one of the few places where you can have a drink or eat some food in a bar located inside the water f the lake. See the Map
Praia do Amor
In a small half-savage bay with clear water, the ‘Pedra Furada’ (a huge stone with a hole in the middle) calls the attention of the visitor. The legend says that, in this scenery, the Indians promise eternal love to their beloved by passing under the arc formed in the stone. See the Map
Tabatinga
This beach is also the union between the river and the sea. A small barrier and natural swimming pools form a beautiful landscape, apart from being very clean. See the Map
Barra de Garaú
A desert beach, hidden of the visitors, because one can only arrive here after walking through a path.
Praia de Abiaí
A desert beach, inhabited only by some fishermen. To arrive here, the visitor has to go through a quite difficult way that must be made with an appropriate vehicle. The journey is worthwhile: soft sand and water with different tones of green compose the landscape of this paradise hidden in south coast of Paraíba.
